The museum is located at 800 Arnold Boulevard in Abilene on the corner of Military Drive and Arnold Boulevard, not by the main gate.

Registration must be accomplished two weeks prior to the date of the tour, no exceptions. Absolutely no walk-ins are available. To register, fill out an Entry Request and e-mail it to 7BWPA@dyess.af.mil, no later than 30 days prior to the tour date. Registrations not received by the deadline will not be processed and can be scheduled for the following tour date with the requester's approval.

General Public tours consist of visiting the Dyess Museum, walking a path (1.2 miles) along all 30 static aircraft in the Air Park, and a windshield tour of the base. The tour starts at 8:15 a.m. and will last about two hours. Tour size is limited to the first 40 applicants.
