Avia S-92 code V-34 was fourth czech-build jet according to production knowledge and from surviving parts from german Me-262 Schwalbe in Avia Letnany factory. This aircraft was first exemplar armed by pair of 30mm cannons Rheimettal MK 108. Aircraft tested among others RAF veteran Major Jiri Manak. In October 1950 were probably nine S-92 and one double-seat CS-92 dislocated at Mlada-Milovice airport by new-created Fighter (jet) Squadron nr 5 and there flown until 1951 to access russian jets JaKs and MiGs. | Phil Glover
