Li-2 built in Plant No 84 at Khimki at Moscow in 1952 and delivered to Czechoslovak Aerolines as OK-GAH in March 1953. After civil career was in 1957 assigned to Czechoslovakia Air Force. With code letters D-38 flew since 1957 by 3rd flight of 1. dvlp (transport airborne air regiment) at Praha-Kbely. At the end of his operational service life was converted to photo version Li-2F a with code 3002 was used by “Fotolet” unit (aerial photo group) at Hrad?any near Mimo?. In 1976 was assigned to Kbely museum. In 2009 was completely restored from very damaged wreck to Li-2P transport version and displayed in fake Soviet AF livery. | Phil Glover
