Yakovlev Yak-17 30 Czechoslovakian Air Force
This was the single Yak-17 that was used by the Czechoslovak Air Force for testing but the type had relatively low speed and range, an unreliable engine and a complicated starting procedure so was soon replaced throughout the Soviet-bloc by the far superior MiG-15. | Phil Glover
