Breguet Type III Gyroplane F-WFKC.
Based on the 1932 Gyroplane, the G 111 is the only helicopter built by Breguet. Studied clandestinely during the German Occupation, the predecessor G 11E proved to be underpowered. Re-engined with a more powerful power plant and with extended coaxial three-blade rotors, it became the G 111. An accident in 1953 rushed the end of the programme. | Rob Vogelaar
